Connect Jira
Connect Jira to turn tickets into pull requests. When a Jira ticket is submitted to the factory, Nexus plans and implements it, then updates the ticket status when the PR is ready.
Connect your Jira site
- In Jira, create an API token from your Atlassian account security settings.
- In the Nexus Factory dashboard, open Settings → Jira.
- Enter your Jira site URL, account email, and API token, then click Connect.
- Nexus validates the credentials against your Jira account and stores the connection for your organization.
The connection is scoped to your organization. Credentials are validated against Jira before they are saved.
Ticket to PR
Once connected, tickets routed to the factory flow through the full pipeline. When the pull request is delivered, the linked Jira ticket is updated automatically so your board reflects reality.
Disconnecting
Remove the connection any time from Settings → Jira → Disconnect.
